Working with Big Sky Prep & Ship is one of the best decisions I’ve made to support my Amazon business. From the very first conversation, communication has been prompt and effective. When I have products on the way, I add an entry to my online spreadsheet and drop a quick email. I’m essentially done at that point, as Big Sky prepares my products, enters the shipping plan on my behalf, and gets the products on the way. I can check the spreadsheet at any time to check on shipping status, but that’s usually not necessary because turnaround time is consistently good. Rates are competitive with any prep facility I’ve found and the quality of the business relationship has been outstanding. I've been selling on Amazon for almost 4 years now. When I first started I really didn't have a clue about anything, so I first started out using a prep and ship service that seemed to be the most accepting of a newbie.
